Overview

As a key contributor, you'll support senior designers in bringing concepts to life through cutting-edge design tools and techniques. If you're passionate about visual arts, eager to develop your skills across multiple platforms, and thrive in a quick-paced setting, this role is perfect for you!

Duties

- Assist graphic designers with the preparation and production of advertising materials.
- Prepare layouts, artwork, images, and design files for print and digital production.
- Make revisions to designs based on client or supervisor feedback.
- Format text, images, logos, and other visual elements according to project requirements.
- Prepare files for printing and ensure correct dimensions, resolution, colours, and file formats.
- Assist with creating signs, posters, banners, brochures, flyers, business cards, and promotional materials.
- Organize and maintain digital design files, templates, images,



and project documents.
- Review artwork for spelling, formatting, alignment, colour, and other production errors.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, printers, and internal staff regarding design requirements.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects)
- Experience with motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, or visual arts painting is highly desirable
- Ability to sketch ideas quickly and translate concepts into polished visuals
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to thrive within a creative team

Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
