Digital Ads Specialist Fully Remote 12 weeks, part-time hours/week Rate: $50-60/hr (T4) Our financial / investor relations client, is looking for a Digital Ads Marketing Specialist to join their team over the next 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and major social media platforms.
- Continuously test target audiences, ad creatives, messaging angles, and landing page approaches to drive down acquisition costs and improve overall conversion rates.
- Monitor daily/weekly campaign performance, focusing heavily on cost-per-subscriber efficiency and subscriber quality (targeting financial professionals, wealth managers, and investors).
- Deliver concise, actionable reporting outlining key performance results, analytical insights, and strategic recommendations for ongoing growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven technical proficiency in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns within Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a flexible, part-time capacity (estimated at 10 to 20 hours per month with room to scale as the program grows).
- Familiarity with or interest in financial services, public markets, or B2B professional audiences is an asset, though technical platform mastery is the primary priority.
