The Opportunity

Creekside Landing is a unique campus of care that offers aging couples, seniors, and friends — whose individual care needs differ greatly — the ability to continue to live together in proximity. Creekside Landing was recently awarded the BC Care Providers Workplace of the Year Award!

We have expanded our Creekside Landing location to include the newly constructed Osprey Court, located just a hop, skip and jump (literally!) over Vernon Creek.

What Your Days Will Look Like

- Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing and clinical care services within the home.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality,



resident-centered care that meets professional and regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and support nursing teams to foster engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, quality indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, policies, accreditation standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal care outcomes.
- Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and effective utilization of clinical resources.
- Support infection prevention and control, risk management, and resident safety programs.
- Address resident and family concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to service excellence.
- Contribute to strategic planning and operational initiatives that enhance resident experience and quality of care.

What You Bring

- Registered (RN) designation and is good standing with BCCNM
- 5+ years nursing experience in a long-term Care settings
- 2+ years leadership experience in healthcare settings
- A strong commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Sound clinical knowledge and the ability to make confident, evidence-based decisions
- Experience with regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and risk management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with residents, families, staff, and community partners
- The ability to lead through change with professionalism, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- A collaborative approach that fosters a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Strategic thinking and the ability to balance clinical excellence with operational priorities
