Company Description:

LiftWerx is a specialized wind energy contractor which performs large corrective repairs, mainly using crane-less technology. LiftWerx offers both specialized equipment and experienced personnel to perform corrective repairs on a wide variety of wind turbines. - Create a strong feedback loop between Engineering, Field Operations, Equipment, Quality, Supply Chain and fabrication, turning field experience, product performance, failures and lessons learned into better standards, equipment and future designs.
- Champion engineering innovation through digital engineering, visualization, virtual prototyping and emerging technologies that improve design quality, field operability, development speed and technical risk.
- Partner across the business to ensure engineering decisions appropriately balance technical excellence, safety, risk, schedule, manufacturability, serviceability, customer requirements and commercial considerations.
- Develop Engineering leaders and technical talent through workforce planning, succession, coaching, competency development and clear career pathways.
- Build and manage a scalable network of external engineering, fabrication and technical partners to expand specialized capability and organizational capacity.
