This position involves supporting a 12 year old female in a two-on-one set up. Support is needed in outings, and community access. MUST have experience with individuals with Autism. MUST have the ability to redirect, offer choice, and create secure spaces for activity and fun!

Must be able to work 5 out of 7 days per week, with the following shift options:

Monday-Friday: 4pm-6pm

Saturday and Sunday: 10am-2pm

You will be working with a second staff at all times to monitor for elopement and keep up with activities.

Optional extra shifts available with other clients as well if desired.

Responsibilities

- Offer safe spaces and breaks for individual when required
- Implement care plan tailored to unique needs.
- Monitor and document client progress and communicate observations to families and supervisors.




- Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Transport participant for outings & activities.

Qualifications

- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks are required.
- MANDT/NVCIS or willingness to obtain
