The Executive

Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a trusted partner to the CEO and a critical enabler of executive effectiveness across LNG Canada. This role goes well beyond calendar management and administrative coordination.

The Executive

Assistant acts as a strategic coordinator, relationship manager and operational integrator, ensuring the CEO's time, attention,communicationsand stakeholder interactions are aligned with business priorities and organizationalobjectives. The role is at the center of LNG Canada's executive ecosystem, interacting regularly with senior leaders, Joint Venture governance representatives, external stakeholders, Indigenous partners, government representatives, industry organizations,vendorsand community partners.

The Executive Assistantrepresentsthe

Office of the CEO with professionalism, discretion, soundjudgementand a deep understanding of LNG Canada's business priorities. Support the development of others through feedback, coaching, and collaboration. Build trusting relationships grounded in respect and inclusion.

Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when working across LNG Canada’s diverse Joint Venture participants, employee base,



Indigenous partners, communities, and external stakeholders. Prepare briefing materials, background information, meeting packages,presentationsand stakeholder dossiers. Serve as a primary liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.

Connect with, build trust and nurture strong working relationships with peers and office-of-executive contacts across Joint Venture participants, shareholders, governments, industry partners, and other companies with whom LNG Canada does business. Foster positive and professional interactions with Joint Venture participants, Board representatives, government officials, Indigenous Nations, community representatives, industrygroupsand external partners. Ensure stakeholders experience a professional,coordinatedand responsive interface with the Office of the CEO.

Review,formatand prepare correspondence, presentations,reportsand speaking materials. Helpmaintaina high standard of professionalism,qualityand attention to detail in all communications originating from the Office of the CEO. Coordinate domestic and international travel,accommodationsand eventlogistics.

Support procurement, expense management, recordscoordinationand administrative processes asrequired. 10-15 years of experiencesupporting senior executives in a complex corporate environment. ~ Experience working with executive leadership teams, Boards, governanceforumsor senior stakeholder groups. ~ Exceptional organization and planning skills. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.



Ability to navigate ambiguity and exerciseinitiativewith minimal supervision.

Advancedproficiencywith

Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools. by way of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit) Maintain availability during core business hours, with flexibility to provide reasonable out-of-hours support to the CEO when business needs require it, including during travel, evening or weekend commitments, and time-sensitive executive matters. LNG Canada is a joint venture of five global energy leaders—Shell, PETRONAS, Mitsubishi Corporation, PetroChina, and KOGAS—bringing decades of LNG expertise to Canada. As the largest private-sector investment in Canadian history, LNG Canada is a long-life asset with a 40-year export license. Phase 1 includes two processing units (“trains”) with a combined capacity of 14 million tonnes per annum (mtpa).
