Responsibilities

- Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Foster a safe, welcoming environment that encourages children’s independence and curiosity.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring inclusive participation and learning.
- Observe and document each child's progress to tailor activities and communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment aligned with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in team meetings.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education best practices.




- Work collaboratively within a classroom of 10-20 children, providing a patient, energetic, and engaging presence while supporting children's learning, development, safety and emotional well-being.

Requirements

- Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and classroom management techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Ability to create engaging activities that support learning through play and exploration.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to pursue relevant certifications is encouraged.
- A caring attitude combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for supporting young learners’ growth.
