Hi, my name is Fidelia. Were a family of five with three children, ages 11, 7, and 4. Our 7- and 4-year-olds have autism, with our 7-year-old requiring more hands-on, one-to-one support. Were looking for a caring, patient, and reliable sitter with experience supporting children with autism or other special needs.
The main responsibility will be helping with the childrens morning routine and getting them ready for school. Our 11-year-old is quite independent, while our younger two will need more assistance and guidance.
Experience working with children with special needs, particularly autism, is very significant to us.
