Responsibilities

- Conduct electrical PMs
- Assist in continuous improvement projects and reliability
- Maintain and Troubleshoot PLC Systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot 4160V systems (training provided)
- MCC and motor troubleshooting/repair
- Maintain a high standard for safety and good trade practices
- Assist in the training of other electricians’ apprentices and site personnel based on your skills and abilities
- Actively participate in EHS Programs

Qualifications

- Basic Knowledge of PLC
- Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in various HMI software an asset
- Experience on VFD, are an asset
- 4160V or other high voltage an asset
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations

Skills

- Good communication, interpersonal skills and writing skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Strong computer skills
