Our client helps motivated individuals kick-start a career in tech. With this Entry Level Software Developer role, there is no prior professional experience required. Our client’s employees are well-prepared with effective, proven, on-the-job training across the most in-demand programming technologies.

Compensation

You are a full-time, paid employee of our client from your first day of training.

- Training: $17.95 CAD per hour
- Deployment: approximately $65,000 CAD per year

At the end of training, you interview with one of our client’s corporate partners. If the partner selects you, you deploy and your salary increases. You remain on our client’s payroll throughout your deployment. Entry Level Software Developer Training Program

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without the need for current or future sponsorship




- Strong desire to learn to code, no prior professional experience required
- A natural problem solver with robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in learning to build with modern AI development tools

Assessment Process

As part of our selection process, applicants complete an online technical aptitude assessment. We use automated technology to score this assessment. Results may also be reviewed by a member of our hiring team as part of our decision-making process. Applicants also participate in an interview with our client before receiving an offer.
