We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders & rock trucks in a mining, construction or aggregate setting. Crushing experience &/or Class 1 driver's license will be considered a robust asset.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials within the worksite, ensuring proper handling & placement.
- Perform general labour tasks related to crushing operations such as changing screens, shoveling, cleaning around equipment and ensuring site cleanliness.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Follow all safety protocols & workplace regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience with heavy duty equipment in an industrial setting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with crushing operations is an asset.
- Class 1 driver's license is an asset.
