Role Summary:

To ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across the ERP system, enabling reliable planning, traceability, reporting, and decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, update, and maintain master data (items, BOMs, UoM, lots, vendors, customers) in the ERP
- Implement and enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, and attribute completeness rules
- Monitor data quality KPIs (completeness, duplicates, inactive data, misaligned attributes)
- Support current product launches (NPI/NPL) by creating BOMs, routings, and item masters
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Sales & Marketing, Quality, and Finance to ensure correct master data setup
- Perform regular audits and cleansing activities to prevent data degradation
- Train end-users on proper data usage and request processes




- Partner with IT and ERP administrators for system improvements and automation of data flows
- Support WMS implementation and process mapping, ensuring alignment with ERP data governance

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Tier 1 ERP environment (preferably Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing large-scale SKU portfolios with high data complexity
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, able to detect inconsistencies and risks
- Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing
- Proficiency in Excel / Power Query / Power BI for data validation and reporting
- Bilingual (English/French) with strong written and verbal communication skills to train departments inside and outside of Québec within Canada.
