AXP House is looking for an energetic and people-focused Event Engagement Associate to help create memorable experiences, grow event participation, and develop opportunities that connect people, brands, and businesses.

This role combines event coordination, community engagement, partnership support, and business development. The ideal candidate understands that successful events are not only about logistics, they are about creating experiences that people want to attend, share, return to, and recommend.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Management

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of workshops, social gatherings, pop-ups, brand activations, and community experiences.
- Help develop event concepts and experiences that align with AXP House’s community and business objectives.
- Assist with event logistics including schedules, vendors, setup, guest flow, registration, and on-site coordination.
- Create a welcoming and engaging guest experience before, during, and after events.
- Support brands and partners in creating engaging activations and customer experiences at AXP House.
- Support the planning, coordination,



and execution of workshops, social gatherings, pop-ups, brand activations, and community experiences.

Engagement Growth

- Identify opportunities to attract new attendees, members, brands, partners, and participants to AXP House experiences.
- Build relationships with members, guests, local businesses, creators, vendors, and community partners.
- Support outreach and promotion of events through networking, social media, referrals, and community engagement.
- Follow up with attendees, partners, and prospects to encourage continued engagement, memberships, collaborations, and future participation.
- Track event participation, leads, partnerships, feedback, and results while identifying opportunities to improve experiences and generate additional business.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal, communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, organized, and comfortable engaging with people in a live event environment.
- Comfortable with outreach, promotion, relationship development, and performance-based opportunities.
- Experience or interest in events, hospitality, community building, marketing, sales, partnerships, or customer experience.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to take initiative while managing multiple priorities.
