Join Western's team as a Floorhand, actively supporting well servicing operations across Canada. You'll perform rig floor activities, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety protocols. This full-time, seasonal position involves assisting the Derrickhand and Driller in a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities include conducting preventative maintenance, participating in safety drills, and ensuring seamless communication with team members. A commitment to safety and efficiency in energy services is essential, making this role impactful to our operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain rig equipment as directed
- Attend pre-job safety meetings and drills
- Report unsafe conditions and incidents immediately
- Maintain housekeeping standards on-site
- Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Preferred experience as a Floorhand
- Class 5 Driver's license and transportation
- Preferred Air Brakes Endorsement
- Industry Certifications such as H2S Alive and First Aid With your skills and commitment, contribute to secure and reliable well servicing with Western.
