We're Looking for Someone Who:

- Has proven residential framing experience
- Has a robust understanding of residential construction and framing practices
- Can work independently and as part of a crew
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Is reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
- Has their own basic hand tools
- Has required safety wear, including CSA-approved work boots and a hard hat
