About the role
You'll be the connector between landowners, government agencies, and client project teams — supporting land acquisitions, negotiations, and administration across a wide range of projects: pipelines, drilling, well site rights-of-way, powerlines, road easements, and facility developments.
What you'll be doing
? Drafting and processing Surface Leases and Right-of-Way Agreements
?️ Managing Public Land applications and Directive 56 notifications
? Reviewing and managing third-party agreements
✅ Auditing packages and tracking stakeholder consultations
? Working across SPIN, EDS, ISC, and ILRS systems
?️ Keeping our land files and database accurate and up to date
What you bring
- 3–5 years of recent,
hands-on Surface Land Administration experience in Alberta and Saskatchewan
- A Land Administration Certificate (preferred) or equivalent working knowledge
- Active Commissioner for Oaths designation for both AB and SK
- Strong MS Office skills and the ability to adapt to land management systems
