Lead external interface requirements with SYSTRA Canada in a hybrid role. Drive complex project coordination and ensure stakeholder alignment for the ALTO High-Speed Rail initiative. As the External Interfaces Requirements Manager, you will oversee the planning and management of deliverables across various stakeholders.

This critical role requires strong leadership to maintain project schedules and quality metrics. Your expertise in interface and requirements management will ensure seamless communication and collaboration across disciplines. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage integrated deliverables plan for external interfaces
- Coordinate development and issuance of project documentation
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables




- Track progress and identify emerging risks promptly
- Facilitate internal meetings to discuss priorities and commitments Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in major projects
- Strong understanding of project controls and governance
- Experience with external stakeholder engagement
