Job Summary

Streamline Fleet is looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Shop & Facilities Labourer to join our team.

This is a varied, hands-on position supporting the day-to-day operation of our busy automotive and heavy-duty repair facility. The role includes facility and accommodation cleaning, parts runs, assisting our Parts Department and general labour duties.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, communicates well, and can be counted on to get the job done without constant supervision.

What You'll Do

- Clean and maintain offices, lunchrooms, washrooms, vending areas and common areas
- Clean and prepare company accommodations, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas
- Complete routine cleaning such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, garbage removal and restocking supplies
- Monitor cleanliness throughout the facility and address areas requiring attention
- Complete parts pickups, deliveries and other local runs
- Assist the Parts Department with receiving, organizing, stocking and moving parts and supplies
- Help keep parts, storage and common work areas organized
- Assist with general shop and yard cleanup as required
- Help with snow removal, garbage, recycling and seasonal cleanup when required
- Assist other departments with general labour tasks as needed
- Safely operate company vehicles when completing errands or parts runs




- Identify and communicate maintenance, supply or facility concerns
- Pitch in wherever needed to help keep the operation running smoothly

- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, carrying, walking and standing
- A valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work safely around an active automotive/heavy-duty repair facility
- Previous cleaning, labour, parts or shop experience is an asset, but attitude and reliability are equally important
