Your role ensures our clubs remain welcoming, comfortable, and promote health for all members. In this position, you will maintain the aesthetic quality and functionality of our facilities, reinforcing our reputation as North America’s premier affordable luxury fitness brand. You’ll handle preventive maintenance and repairs on various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, ensuring safe and sanitary conditions for all visitors. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain building assets with timely repairs and preventive maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance and annual inspections
- Troubleshoot and prepare action plans for system outages
- Coordinate with external contractors for project completion
- Uphold Health and Safety standards across all areas Requirements:
- Community College Certificate or licensed trades certificate preferred
- Three years in building systems operation and maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
- Solid troubleshooting skills required
