The Property Management Team has an prospect for a permanent full-time Facility Service Worker position located in Prince Albert.
As an integral part of our service-oriented team, you will maintain and service Property Management owned spaces to ensure a safe and productive environment for our customers and clients.
Under the direction of the Building Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day building maintenance and grounds-keeping
- Assisting coworkers with various maintenance repairs
- Ensuring visual life safety equipment is in good operating readiness
- Performing assigned client requests, and
- Maintaining maintenance records in the maintenance management system
- Operating grounds equipment (manual and powered)
