Elevate Girls Basketball is looking for a passionate and dedicated Female Basketball Coach (Instructor) to lead and inspire young girls in developing their basketball skills, teamwork, and confidence.
We provide basketball training exclusively for girls ages 6 to 13 in a safe, supportive, and empowering setting that encourages learning, growth, and fun.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and follow a basketball practice plan for each session.
- Lead fun and engaging basketball practices for girls ages 6–13.
- Teach basic basketball skills, drills, and game rules.
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship.
- Keep players safe and ensure positive behavior during classes.
- Communicate with parents and staff when needed.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching basketball or working with children is preferred.
- Positive attitude, patience, and good communication skills.
- Ability to create a fun and inclusive workplace for all players.
- NCCP certification is an asset.
- Passion for mentoring and inspiring young girls through sports.
