- Validate full P&L; and ROE forecasts weekly for executives and provide comments
- Analyze actual financial results, KPIs, and financial metrics with FP&A; teams
- Explain variances between actual performance and budgets/forecasts
- Support the IFC plan process
- Participate in and lead projects involving complex issues
- Prepare regular financial reports and ad hoc financial analyses for executives
- Improve processes and develop tools for best-in-class FP&A; practices
- Collaborate with departments to gather information and provide financial insights
- Make recommendations to management based on financial expertise
- Simplify, standardize, secure, and increase controls over work files Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Mathematics
- CPA or CFA designation is an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI is an asset
- Strategic thinking, robust analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to communicate analysis results concisely and accurately
- Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
