Supervise staff and ensure that customer expectations are exceeded at all times Keep the food and beverage areas clean and maintain exemplary food hygiene practices* Assist with recruitment, training, and management of staff* Assist with inventory management; oversee proper unpacking of weekly orders, ensuring storage locations are neat and tidy at all times and part of the monthly counting ensuring accuracy and attention to detail* Able to address customer complaints or issues, and resolve matters as expediently as possible* Oversee food storage and dining areas, ensuring that the facility remains in compliance with safety regulation and health codes* Assist with cocktail creation and menu development. Lead and execute weddings, conferences and signature events; ensure that no detail is missed and the event is delivered flawlessly* Daily billing and financial responsibilities to be completed accurately and efficiently* A leader in daily communication on guest feedback, employee performance and notes from the days shiftREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Flexible to work various shifts (early mornings, late evenings, weekends,



split shifts) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Basic computer skills* Highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at one time* Strong proven leadership qualities and management skills* Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline is a solid asset* 2 years' in a hotel or restaurant industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position* Working knowledge of MICROS or similar P.O.S. system is an asset* Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permitsThis is a salaried role.About Us:We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
