Duties will include

- Assisting in planning, organizing the daily operation for the dining room portion of the Restaurant
- Customer Service – greeting, seating and till operations
- Assisting in Implementing Policies and Procedures

- Assisting in staff training
- Ensuring staff work schedule is being followed
- Assigning duties and assisting in monitoring staff performance
- Printing and filing revenue reports

- Resolving any Customer concerns
- Assisting in ensuring the health and safety regulations are being followed
- Assisting Servers in service as required
