We are hiring: Formwork Carpenters Location: Kamloops, BC

full-time work - Apprenticeship progression support – gain hands‑on experience and work toward your Red Seal certification with guidance and opportunities to grow - Career advancement – regular wage reviews and promotions for those who take initiative and pride in their work What You’ll Do - Build and strip walls, columns, and slabs - Fly table forms - Place vertical concrete - Install temporary fencing, guardrails, handrails, and barriers - Work alongside experienced supervisors and journeypersons - Use a variety of shoring, scaffolding, and formwork systems What We’re Looking For - Concrete formwork experience (required) - High-rise construction experience (an asset) - Positive attitude and commitment to safety - Team-oriented, punctual, and reliable - Physically fit, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn - Strong manual dexterity Certifications Needed - Fall Protection (required) - WHMIS 2015 – can be provided - CSTS – can be provided Working Conditions - Long-term, steady work - Overtime available - Two paid 15‑minute breaks and one 30‑minute unpaid lunch - Work at heights may be required Join Pagnotta Inc. and be part of a company that values your hard work and supports your career path—from apprentice to journeyperson and beyond.
