Ultimate Hot Pilates & Yoga is looking for a friendly, positive, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Our front desk team is the first and last point of contact for our clients, so we are looking for someone who is approachable, professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy studio environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet every client in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service in person
- Check clients in for classes and assist with account or booking questions
- Help recent clients understand our classes, memberships, passes, and studio procedures
- Process payments and assist with basic account inquiries
- Support instructors and help ensure classes start smoothly
- Keep the front desk, reception area, washrooms, and common areas clean and organized
- Assist with towels, laundry, supplies, and general studio upkeep
- Monitor studio cleanliness throughout the shift
- Help resolve minor client concerns calmly and professionally
- Communicate any important client or operational issues to management
- Follow studio policies and procedures consistently




- Assist with opening or closing duties depending on the scheduled shift
- Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both new and existing clients

Qualifications We are looking for someone who:
- Truly enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service
- Is naturally friendly, outgoing, approachable, and positive
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is professional and respectful when dealing with clients
- Is dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Can stay calm and organized during busy periods
- Is comfortable using computers, tablets, booking software, and payment systems
- Can work independently while also being a strong team member
- Pays attention to detail and follows instructions carefully
- Is comfortable helping with cleaning, laundry, and general studio duties
- Is willing to learn our memberships, policies, class offerings, and booking system

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness studio, reception, or front desk experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. Experience with yoga or Pilates is not required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping customers are more important to us.

Pay: From $17.65 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
