Masala Wok is looking for reliable, friendly, and hardworking Front of House Staff to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in customer service, cleanliness, and helping the restaurant run smoothly.

The ideal candidate must be Smart Serve certified, professional with customers, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

Take dine-in, takeout, delivery, and phone orders accurately

Serve customers and provide excellent customer service

Process payments and handle the POS system

Upsell menu items, drinks, specials, appetizers, and add-ons

Pack takeout and delivery orders properly

Keep the front counter, dining area, and entrance clean and organized

Check and clean washrooms regularly throughout the shift

Clean windows, doors, tables, chairs, menus, and high-touch areas

Restock napkins, cutlery, sauces, takeout bags, and front-of-house supplies

Make sure the restaurant always looks clean, organized, and presentable





Support kitchen and management staff when needed

Requirements

Smart Serve certification required

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset

Robust communication and customer service skills

Able to multitask in a busy environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Must care about cleanliness and presentation
