Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to foster a welcoming environment
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring efficient service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards, maintaining high quality and safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
