Required qualifications include registration as an LPN with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and relevant experience, especially in perinatal or mental health settings. You will also be responsible for adhering to the full scope of practice and operational policies while maintaining patient safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Provide personal care within the full scope of practice
- Administer medications and operate medical equipment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain compliance with agency operating policies Requirements:
- Practicing LPN registration with BC College of Nurses
- Certification in perinatal care or mental health preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
