Role: Full Stack Developer

Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (Remote / Hybrid)

Work Authorization: Must reside and work within Canada

Onsite Requirement: Initial onboarding and key stakeholder meetings may require onsite attendance in Edmonton, Alberta

Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Approx. 2000 Hours/Year)

Contract Duration

- Initial Term: June 15, 2026 – June 14, 2027

- Extension: 2 × 1 Year Possible

Client is undertaking a multi-year modernization initiative focused on digital housing services, Microsoft Dynamics 365 modernization, and Partner Portal enhancement initiatives.

Client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Consultant to support enterprise digital modernization projects involving cloud-native application development, Azure services, Dynamics 365 integration, and digital portal development.

The consultant will work closely with Agile teams, Digital Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain scalable digital services and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications

- Develop Azure cloud-native applications and services

- Build and maintain digital portals and web-based services

- Develop APIs and backend services using .NET technologies

- Develop frontend applications using React and TypeScript

- Implement integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems

- Develop Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and storage-based solutions

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings

- Support production systems, troubleshooting, optimization,



and continuous improvement

- Implement secure development practices including authentication, authorization, and access control

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, architects, business analysts, and technical teams

- Provide technical documentation and status reporting

- Experience implementing scalable web-based portals and digital services

- Experience with secure development practices and access control

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Azure Certifications

- Dynamics 365 Certifications

- Azure Developer Associate or equivalent

Education

- Diploma or Degree in

- Computer Science

- Information Technology

- Software Engineering

- Related Technical Discipline

Work Setting

- Remote / Hybrid work allowed within Canada
