Become an Early Years Educator with YMCA of Three Rivers in Stratford-Perth. This full-time role involves planning child-centered programs and ensuring the well-being of children and families. Our YMCA facility is offering a full-time position for a passionate Early Years Educator starting in October 2026.

You will engage with children ages 0-6 years, implement the Playing to Learn curriculum, and create a nurturing workplace. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety are essential for quality care. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate care and support to children
- Build positive relationships with families and children
- Actively engage with children during playtime
- Supervise and ensure safety of children at all times
- Complete required documentation of children's development

Requirements:

- Early Childhood Educator Diploma required
- Proof of registration with CECE needed
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work outdoors
