Full-Time Position

Availability: Weekday daytime availability is required. Successful applicants must also be available for a combination of day and evening shifts.

We are looking for a professional, organized, and guest-focused Partner to join our Food & Beverage team. This role plays an key part in creating a smooth and welcoming dining experience while supporting the restaurant team with daily operations.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed under pressure

Must be available for both day and evening shifts

Valid Smart Serve Certification required

Manage restaurant seating and guest flow to support an efficient dining experience

Ensure fair and balanced table allocations for servers

Take and manage reservations, including gathering details for large-party requests

Serve guests in a professional, timely, and attentive manner

Assist fellow Partners with daily restaurant operations as required

Set and maintain tables in the dining room

Restock dining room supplies and maintain an organized service area

Polish cutlery, glassware, and other service items

Complete cleaning and housekeeping duties in both front- and back-of-house areas

Engage with guests to promote a positive image of Brookstreet Hotel

Follow all dining room standards, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences
