Elevate equipment reliability as a Full-Time Maintenance Manager in office. Utilize your skills in predictive maintenance and CMMS to optimize plant operations and drive improvements in equipment management. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and emphasizes project management abilities.

You will analyze equipment failures, train staff on Technical and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approaches, and enhance Preventative Maintenance (PM) procedures. Engaging employees in TPM initiatives will be crucial for fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and determine root causes of equipment failures
- Utilize predictive maintenance tools for reliability maximization




- Train trades on operator PMs and TPM initiatives
- Support the Total Productive Maintenance program
- Manage plant capital and repair projects Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Proficiency in SAP and computer applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Project management experience in a maintenance setting Lead maintenance strategies and initiatives to ensure optimal plant performance.
