Magi Cannabis is looking for a reliable, hardworking Garden Technician to join our cultivation team on Salt Spring Island.

Starting wage: $22/hour+, depending on experience

Approximately 20–35 hours per week

Must have reliable transportation

Must be 19 years of age or older Responsibilities include: Plant care and general garden maintenance

Watering, pruning, transplanting and harvesting

Cleaning and sanitizing cultivation areas

Following established procedures and detailed instructions

Performing repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Maintaining accurate records as required The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, attentive to detail and comfortable working independently and as part of a small team. Previous cannabis cultivation, horticulture or agricultural experience is an asset but not required.
