Duties

- Assist with site cleanup, organizing materials, and preparing work areas for upcoming tasks
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, supplies, or equipment as needed
- Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and mixing materials under supervision




- Maintain a clean and protected work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards promptly
- Operate basic machinery or equipment if certified or trained to do so
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions clearly
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or manual labour is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of safety procedures

Pay: $25.00 per hour
