We’re looking for an experienced Lead Prep Cook to join our kitchen team!
FULL TIME | $18/HOUR
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years of prep cooking experience
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen production
- Experience making custards and breads, etc
- Excellent portioning and consistency skills
- Strong dishwashing skills and willingness to help maintain a clean, organized kitchen
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and help keep prep running smoothly
- Reliable, fast-paced and quality-focused
This is a hands-on lead prep position for someone who takes pride in organization, consistency, cleanliness and getting the kitchen set up for success.
