Reporting to the District Manager, the General Manager will take ownership of the restaurant that they lead, from food safety standards, managing your team and driving sales. They will ensure that all regulations, policies, and procedures are adhered to in the store. They will be responsible with overseeing the daily operations and will also be responsible for developing coaching the store team to truly be a part of the community we serve!

Current Food Handling

Certificate is mandatory. At least 3 years’ experience in a management role in the QSR or fast casual industry. Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures. Well-spoken with a strong command of the English Language.

Possesses an overwhelming sense for “Exceptional Customer Service” and commitment to quality service. Certified in recognized Safe Food Handling program preferred Follows all policy and does not engage in any actions that may be perceived as conflicting with company policy regarding bullying, harassment, discrimination, and/or violence Policy Adhere to all policies and plans through communication, action, and consistent enforcement. Effectively and efficiently perform all job functions following policy and leading by example.

Stays up to date on all training as required and follows all health and safety, and sanitation policies enforcing with disciplinary action as needed.
