An established automotive group is confidentially seeking a top-performing Pre-Owned Sales Manager / GSM to lead and grow a dedicated pre-owned operation in Surrey, BC.

We are looking for a proven used-car operator who can buy the right inventory, appraise trades, desk and close deals, manage a sales team, and drive volume and gross profit.

Ideal Candidate

- 5+ years automotive management experience
- Strong used-vehicle purchasing and appraisal skills
- Proven desking, negotiation and closing ability
- Experience leading and developing salespeople
- Strong understanding of inventory, pricing, aging and turn
- Entrepreneurial, confident and results-driven
