Praxis Profiles is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Worker to join our night shift production team at our extrusion manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist with extrusion production, inspect and package finished products, and help keep the production area safe, clean, and organized.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the operation of extrusion production lines.
- Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects.
- Measure, count, bundle, and package finished products according to specifications.
- Label and prepare finished products for storage or shipping.
- Handle materials and move products within the production area.
- Monitor production and report quality or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work with team members to keep production running efficiently.
- Perform other general production duties as required.

Qualifications




- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
- Able to work a night shift on a consistent basis.
- Able to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Sufficient English skills for speaking, reading, and understanding workplace and safety instructions.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation is required, as there is no bus service to our location.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $19.70 per hour
