Job Title: Generative AI Engineer (Python + LangGraph + LLM)

Location: st. louis, mo

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with solid expertise in Python, LangGraph, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design and develop cutting-edge AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent workflows, AI agents, and enterprise Gen AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Python and LLM frameworks.

- Build AI agent workflows and orchestration pipelines using LangGraph and LangChain.

- Integrate Large Language Models such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or other open-source models.

- Develop prompt engineering strategies and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven business solutions.

- Optimize model performance, scalability, and response quality.

- Work with APIs, vector databases, embeddings, and AI automation pipelines.

- Implement secure, scalable, and production-ready AI architectures.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Python development.

- Hands-on expertise with LangGraph and/or LangChain.





- Experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI platforms.

- Strong understanding of AI agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

- Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, Anthropic, or similar AI ecosystems.

- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate.

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building enterprise AI chatbots or AI copilots.

- Knowledge of MLOps and AI deployment strategies.

- Exposure to NLP, transformers, and fine-tuning models.

- Prior experience in scalable AI product development.

Experience Required

- 6+ years of overall IT experience

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI/LLM-based development

Nice to Have

- Experience with FastAPI, Streamlit, React, or AI frontend integrations

- Knowledge of Kubernetes and distributed AI systems

- AI/ML certifications are a plus
