We are expanding our global recruiter network and are looking for experienced and motivated freelance recruiters who want the flexibility to work independently, access available recruiting opportunities, and earn placement-based rewards for successful hires.

This is an independent freelance opportunity, not a traditional salaried employment position.

Responsibilities

- Review available hiring opportunities on the RecruiterGrounds platform.
- Source qualified candidates through professional networks, sourcing platforms, referrals, communities, and other legitimate recruiting channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates before submission.
- Submit and endorse qualified candidates for suitable opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Track candidate submissions and hiring progress through RecruiterGrounds.
- Choose the opportunities you want to work on based on your experience, network, and areas of specialization.
- Follow RecruiterGrounds recruiter guidelines, submission requirements, and qualified standards.

Requirements

- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, staffing, HR, executive search, or a related field.
- Ability to identify, engage, and screen qualified candidates.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own recruiting activity.
- Access to professional networks, sourcing platforms, candidate communities, referrals, or other legitimate sourcing channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Comfortable participating in a performance-based freelance recruiting model rather than traditional salaried employment.





Recruiters with specialized industry expertise, international recruiting experience, established candidate networks, or experience working on hard-to-fill positions are especially encouraged to apply.
