A rare prospect to teach, create, and live Waldorf education.

Wayfinders is seeking a Primary Class Teacher (Grades 1–5) to join our growing, nature-rooted learning community at Meadowstone Farm. This is not a conventional classroom role—it is an invitation to co-create a living, breathing education grounded in Waldorf principles, forest school rhythms, and the richness of land-based learning.

- Lead two daily Main Lesson blocks :

- Ages 9–11 (Grades 3–5)
- Co-teach in partnership with a seasoned nature education guide , integrating academic and outdoor learning
- Design and deliver a Waldorf-inspired curriculum which covers literacy and numeracy within a model of place-based education
- Collaborate with handwork and woodwork specialists, and be part of a full Waldorf-inspired program including kindergarten

the seasons, and the opportunities of the land.

- A Living Community: Wayfinders is embedded in a vibrant farm community with engaged families, seasonal festivals, and a shared commitment to meaningful education.
- A Pioneering Spirit: This is a chance to be part of a new paradigm in education —intimate, place-based, family-integrated, and deeply human.

Who You Are

- Inspired by child development, imagination, and artistic teaching approaches

- Drawn to nature-based and experiential education
- Creative, warm, and self-directed, with a genuine love of children
