Graphic Designer – Packaging & Digital

At Eco Guardian, sustainability isn't a tagline — it's what we manufacture. We're a certified compostable foodservice packaging company, and we're looking for a Graphic Designer – Packaging & Digital to be the creative engine behind how our brand shows up in the world.

You'll take our established brand system and bring it to life, consistently and at volume, across everything from product packaging and print to our website, online stores, social channels, and the sales presentations that win business. Strategy comes from our Marketing Director and new structural concepts from our brand partner — your craft is what turns both into polished, on-brand output across a large and growing product range.

In this role you'll:

- Apply our brand system to packaging and label artwork across a large SKU count
- Manage cup/bowl artwork through prepress — dielines, proofs,



plate layouts, colour separations and Pantone builds — and keep accurate SKU specifications
- Keep our website and e-commerce content current and on-brand (Amazon A+ content, main-image compliance, infographic listings)
- Produce social content and build reusable PowerPoint templates for our sales and executive teams
- Own the design asset library and version control, so everyone works from the right file

What we're looking for:

- 5+ years of corporate graphic/design experience
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Packaging or label design experience and familiarity with print substrates and methods
- Strong file and version-control discipline across a large SKU count
- E-commerce imagery experience and the ability to produce assets at pace
- A sharp eye for brand consistency
- Assets we'd love to see: Canva template-building, basic video/motion design, product photography, and Shopify/WordPress experience.
