Your position involves assisting in the daily management of the Grooming Department under the Grooming Supervisor's guidance.

- Direct daily grooming activities and staff oversight
- Schedule and manage snowcat operations efficiently
- Oversee snow removal for the resort’s access roads
- Monitor and report on equipment productivity
- Ensure safety compliance and operational quality Requirements:
- At least 5 years in snowcat grooming or similar roles
- Heavy equipment operational experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- High School Diploma and First Aid a plus Drive operational success and ensure protected conditions at Whitewater Mountain Resort's Grooming Department.
