We are looking to fill a unique full-time seasonal positionof Guest Service Agent – Season Pass Distribution out of our Calgary office.This individual will own the project of printing and mailing Season Passes toour valued members. Collaborateclosely with the local IT team to support technical needs related toSeason Pass distribution. Fostera positive and professional office environment through strongcollaboration with colleagues, guests, and internal teams. Knowand adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the RCREmployee Handbook.

Provenexperience in a customer service role, preferably within an officeenvironment (considered an asset) Experienceworking in computer-based systems (an asset)
