Job Title: Senior Specialist - Quality Engineering

Working Model: Hybrid – Onsite: 3 day’s Work from Office - 2 days mandatory Tuesday & Wednesday, 1 day flexible any day from Monday, Thursday, or Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guidewire Claims Expertise Utilize Guidewire software to perform claims validations on insurance applications ensuring they meet business and technical requirements
- Analysis and Reporting Analyze test results identify bottlenecks and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvements
- Collaboration Work closely with development operations and business teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage
- Documentation Reporting Maintain detailed documentation of test plans scripts results and recommendations using JIRA QE boards

Required Qualifications:

- Education bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology or a related field
- Experience Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Guidewire claims validations with a focus on personal and commercial insurance applications

Technical Skills (Primary):

- Proficiency in Guidewire claims validations
- Proficiency in personal and commercial insurance applications
- Experience in Guidewire PC BC and CM applications.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
