- Build and mentor a team for continuous 24/7 production
- Drive improvements in throughput, yield, and quality
- Finalize SOPs and ensure adherence to processes

Requirements:
- 10+ years in aluminum casthouse or related metals manufacturing
- Strong technical knowledge of casting and alloying processes
- Proven experience in leading production teams
