With 3–4 years of experience in food manufacturing, your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to HACCP and GMP standards, overseeing daily QA/QC procedures, and conducting thorough investigations for compliance issues. Leadership experience will be beneficial as you foster collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead key HACCP food safety initiatives
- Ensure GMP compliance and readiness for audits
- Oversee daily QA/QC activities on the production floor
- Investigate non-conformances and implement CAPA
- Enhance quality documentation and SOPs

Requirements:

- 3–4+ years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing
- Solid knowledge of HACCP and GMPs
- Experience with SQF/BRCGS audits preferred
- Proficient in root cause analysis and problem solving
- Some supervisory experience is beneficial
