As People & Culture Manager – Colleague Relations, you will help shape an exceptional colleague experience by partnering with leaders on employee relations, engagement, recognition, and workplace culture. This is a full time, permanent position , starting as soon as possible. Serve as a trusted partner on employee relations, workplace concerns, and team success Lead investigations, conflict resolution, attendance, and performance management processes Drive colleague engagement, recognition,
