We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology-driven projects within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare systems, technical project delivery, and cross-functional team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare IT initiatives
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners when required
- Ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid experience as a Technical Project Manager in the healthcare domain
- Hands-on experience with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, claims, payer systems, etc.)
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
- Experience working with healthcare providers or insurance/payer systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
